Job Description
- Lead and develop the Presales team in consulting, designing, and presenting technology solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, deployment, etc.) to design optimal solutions.
- Develop proposals, technical documents, and deliver persuasive solution presentations to customers.
- Participate in product demos, provide technical consulting, and handle customer inquiries during the presales process.
- Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and commitments prior to contract signing.
- Stay updated on technology trends and proactively propose new solutions aligned with product strategy and market needs.
- Train, coach, and develop the technical and presentation skills of the Presales team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Presales/Solution Consulting, including minimum 3 years in team leadership or management.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions such as Cloud, AI, Big Data, IoT, Cybersecurity, or enterprise software systems.
- Strong ability to analyze requirements, build solutions, and present proposals clearly, logically, and creatively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for diverse customer audiences.
- Proven team management skills: task allocation, performance enhancement, and motivation.
- Strategic thinking, learning mindset, and ability to adapt quickly to technology trends.
- Solid technical background; prior experience as an engineer/technical specialist is a plus.
