JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of effective B2B business strategies to achieve the corporation’s growth objectives.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with key partners and clients.

Develop and execute B2B business plans, expand the market, and focus on enterprise customer acquisition.

Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with strategic partners and major enterprise clients.

Lead and optimize the performance of the sales team to drive revenue and ensure sustainable growth.

Collaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Finance) to build solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs.

Conduct market research and propose effective business models and growth strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.

At least 10 years of experience in B2B business, including a minimum of 5 years in business management at large-scale companies or corporations. Preferred candidates have experience in Information Technology, Media, and Cybersecurity industries (Head of Department, Deputy Business Director, or equivalent).

Strong network with C-level executives, with proven ability to identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, train, and optimize the performance of sales teams.

Dynamic, creative, and passionate about business growth.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Inspiring leadership with the ability to motivate, guide, and elevate team performance.
