According to VNA, as part of the State visit to South Korea, on the morning of August 12 (local time), at the Vietnam – Korea Economic Forum themed “Cooperation in Developing Production Chains in the New Era!”, General Secretary Tô Lâm and South Korean Prime Minister Kim Min Seok, together with senior delegates of both countries, witnessed the Ceremony of Signing Cooperation Agreements between Vietnam and South Korea.

The cooperation agreements between ministries, localities, and enterprises of Vietnam and South Korean partners include:
– Vietnam News Agency and Yonhap News Agency of Korea cooperate on professional activities in the new phase.
– Hai Phong City and SK LEAVEO CO., LTD cooperate to promote green growth development in Hai Phong.
– Hanoi City and One Law Partners (OLP) cooperate to develop the Investment and Development Plan for Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park.
– Khanh Hoa Province and SK Innovation cooperate to develop the Specialized Energy Industrial Cluster (SEIC), including LNG investment in Khanh Hoa, distributed energy development (DER), and LNG-related logistics industries.
– Ca Mau Province and SK Innovation cooperate strategically to develop the Specialized Energy Industrial Cluster (SEIC), including LNG projects and industrial–agricultural initiatives in the region.
– Can Tho City and SK Innovation cooperate to develop diverse clean energy technology solutions.
