Presales Executive

Job Description

• Analyze customer requirements, design and propose intelligent AI Camera solutions.
• Support the Sales team during bidding, demos, and project implementation for sectors such as banking, government offices, residential buildings, smart wards/communes, transportation, and smart cities.
• Support deployment and coordinate internally with Technical and R&D departments.

Candidate Requirements

• University graduate in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Automation, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Presales or Solution Engineering in fields such as CCTV, AI, Camera, Smart City, Access Control, or IT/Network.
• Knowledge in: IP Camera, NVR, Server, storage systems, LAN/WAN networks, 4G; basic AI algorithms such as face recognition, license plate recognition, ReID, behavior analysis; ONVIF, RTSP, WebRTC, MQTT standards; AI Box, Edge AI.
• Strong analytical skills, system-thinking mindset, and ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio or AutoCAD (system diagram design).
• Good communication skills with the ability to present and explain solutions clearly and coherently.
• English or Chinese proficiency is a plus (for reading technical documents).
