JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Develop and manage regulations related to e-wallet services, Gpay payment gateway, and collection/payment support services in compliance with current circulars, decrees, and legal regulations.
  2. Develop, manage, and continuously improve policies and regulations to minimize fraud and risks in e-wallet transactions, international card payments, bank funding sources, promotional programs, etc.
  3. Analyze data and prepare reports related to risk/fraud management for the Leadership Team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University graduate, preferably majoring in Law, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Information Systems, etc.
  • Interested in and knowledgeable about new technologies, especially mobile-based technologies.
  • General knowledge of Ecommerce, Payments, Mobile Commerce, Mobile Banking, etc.
  • Basic understanding of payment products such as e-wallets, credit cards, and payment accounts.
  • Ability to use SQL.
  • Good data interpretation and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
