Job Description
• Work closely with the Manager to plan recruitment strategies and promptly meet manpower needs at each stage of company growth.
• Directly recruit all positions (including IT and non-IT) for the company (Cyber Security field). Responsible for the entire process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding, ensuring candidate quality and a professional experience.
• Develop employer branding and proactively execute creative recruitment communication activities on LinkedIn, Facebook, Website, and specialized communities to promote the Company’s attractive image.
• Build and implement cooperation programs with Universities in Information Security and Information Technology fields.
• Build and manage a high-quality candidate database for senior-level and specialized positions, and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates.
• Conduct onboarding training for new hires. Provide information, answer inquiries, support, and help new employees adapt to the company environment.
• Participate in building and implementing Candidate Experience and Employer Branding projects.
• Track, analyze, and propose recruitment improvements based on data and actual effectiveness periodically or as needed.
• Participate in corporate culture activities organized by the Company.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
• University graduate in Human Resources, Labor Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in IT recruitment.
• English: basic reading, writing, and communication.
• Strong recruitment mindset with understanding of various IT market positions.
• Advanced interviewing skills: Assess candidates not only by technical expertise but also cultural fit.
• Strong communication & negotiation skills to build good rapport and attract high-quality candidates.
• Experience organizing recruitment events and developing channels to attract potential talents.
• Teamwork-oriented, open to listening and collaboration.
• Continuous learning & improvement mindset — not afraid of challenges or change.
• Proactive, responsible, and oriented towards improving work effectiveness.
• Basic design skills for recruitment communication is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and sensitivity when working with people.
• Persistent and passionate about the Cyber Security field.
